Welcome to the official website of the Third Party Administrator.
The City of Seattle (the “City”) is canceling parking tickets issued between September 1, 2021 and April 5, 2022 (the “non-commissioned period”) because the City’s Parking Enforcement Officer did not have a Special Police Commission at the time of issuance.
An Eligible Parking Ticket is a non-moving ticket issued by Parking Enforcement within the non-commissioned period. Other tickets, such as traffic tickets or tickets issued by Seattle Police Officers are not included and will not be canceled or reimbursed under this program. If you received an Eligible Parking Ticket, your ticket will be canceled if you have not yet paid it or, if you have paid your ticket, you will receive a refund. Click here to check if your citation is eligible for cancelation or reimbursement. Refunds will be credited or sent to the registered owner of the vehicle based on the license plate number captured on the citation.
